Telehealth

During the ongoing COVID-19 situation our practice remains open to see patients in line with current HPPC guidelines. We are also maintaining a phone and email presence during this time so we can be contacted as usual for any questions and advice. As usual, there is no cost for this as we’re always happy to have a chat on the phone or respond to emails.

In addition to this, we are also offering the possibility of longer and more detailed face-to-face consultations via teleconferencing. Our practice has a secure presence on ZOOM and we are able to arrange for detailed consultations with one of our dentists or dental specialists during this time. We have a flat fee of $40 for a tele-consult. The Australian Dental Association has introduced an item number for this (919), meaning that these consults may be claimable on private health insurance.
